PROJECT CASA SOLIS

NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILD | INTERIOR DESIGN

Builder: Chris Katalinic Builder

Photographer: Threefold Studio

Casa Solis is where warm minimalism meets Mid-Century Modern influences. A considered palette is brought to life through rich walnut, warm travertine and handmade clay tiles. Featuring unexpected moments from tiled benchtops and a bespoke fire bench to fluted glass and statement lighting. Pitched ceilings enhances the space, while a light-filled central courtyard creates a seamless connection between inside and out. The exterior materiality layers brickwork, white cladding and render with timber accents, setting the tone for the simplicity carried throughout the interior. Refined, yet uniquely personal.
